Data we collect
The calculators run in your browser. We do not receive, store or have access to any salary, savings or other figures you enter on our servers.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to collect privacy-friendly, aggregated usage statistics (such as which pages are visited, country and device type, and anonymous events like a PDF download). It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect any personally identifiable information.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated usage. It runs in Google Consent Mode with all storage denied by default, so it operates in a cookieless mode: it sets no analytics cookies on your device and does not use your data for advertising. It collects aggregated, non-identifying usage measurements only. Google processes this data as described in its own privacy policy.
Saved data and local storage
Salary profile details, favourite calculators, recent calculations and saved scenarios are stored locally in your browser on this device. They are not sent to our servers and we cannot access them. You can remove them at any time from My PayCalc or by clearing your browser data.
Cookies
We do not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics in cookieless Consent Mode) run without storing cookies on your device, so no cookie consent banner is needed. Only essential cookies required for the site to function may be used.
